- 2 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 c. fresh cherries, pitted. (OR use dried cherries or cranberries, about a cup, I just eyeballed it)
- 1 c. apples, diced
- 3/4 c. apple juice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- salt & pepper to taste
To use, thaw, then cook in crock pot on HIGH for 4 hours or until pork is cooked through.
